Theresa Lloyd is a leading consultant providing advice to Boards and senior management in the non-profit sector. In some cases the organisation already benefits from a mature fundraising operation and extensive institutional experience. There is a clear vision, mission and case for support. External advice is sought for a specific project, to explore new donor sectors, to review current corporate strategies, to supplement internal resources or to provide a current perspective on the fundraising marketplace.
 
In other cases the client may be completely new to fundraising, or the project (often for significant capital or endowment funding) may represent such a major development that it is outside the previous experience of the current leadership.
